Scholarship extensions are granted on a case-by-case basis and usually in the most extreme cases of need. Please complete the form below to provide additional details regarding your request. Maximum extensions are granted for two additional semesters (one additional year).  Requests can take one to two weeks to process.  Extensions will not normally be granted for a minor, change in major or to complete a graduate degree without additional extenuating circumstances.

Requirements:

• Must be in good academic standing
• Must be maintaining the terms of the scholarship to continue (Passed 24 credits between fall and spring as well as a 2.500 cumulative GPA
• Requests must be submitted by Census Day of the term the extension is being requested for

Examples:

• Medical or hardship withdrawal
• Death of a parent or immediate family member
